TrueDrawn

Terms of Service

Last updated: November 7, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of TrueDrawn (the “App”), operated by Aswathy S, trading as Vembre Interactive (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or using the App you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how the App handles data.

2. The App

TrueDrawn is a viewer for DWG, DXF and PDF drawings, with tools to measure, mark up, pin photos and export reports. Processing happens on your device, and no account is needed.

We may change, add or remove features, and may suspend or discontinue the App or any part of it. Some features may need an up-to-date version of the App or of your device’s software.

3. Free use and TrueDrawn Pro

  • Opening, viewing and measuring drawings are free. Which other features are free, and any limits, can change between versions of the App.
  • TrueDrawn Pro is optional and may be offered as a subscription, a one-time purchase, or both. Price, billing period, any free trial and what is included are shown before you buy, in the App and in Google Play.
  • Purchases are made through Google Play and tied to your Google Play account; the App’s restore option recovers them on a new device or after reinstalling.

4. Renewal, trials, cancellation and refunds

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before it ends.
  • A free trial becomes a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then.
  • You can cancel at any time in your Google Play account settings. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
  • A one-time purchase does not renew. It gives access to TrueDrawn Pro for as long as we offer and support the App, on the devices it supports.
  • Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy. For other refund requests, contact us; refunds outside Google Play’s policy are at our discretion unless the law requires otherwise.

5. Your drawings and responsibility

  • Your drawings remain yours. We do not receive them; the App works on them on your device.
  • The App does not change your drawing files. Markups, measurements and pins are kept in a separate file next to each drawing.
  • Measurements and drawings shown by the App are for reference. A drawing may display differently from the software that created it, for example because of missing fonts, external references or unclear units or scale. Check critical dimensions against the issued drawings and the site before relying on them for construction, fabrication or ordering.
  • You are responsible for the drawings you open and share, and for having the right to use them.
  • Do not use the App for anything illegal or to infringe others’ rights.

6. Acceptable use of the App

Do not reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the App except where the law allows it; do not distribute modified or unauthorised copies; do not get around feature limits, security or billing; and do not use the App in a way that harms it, us or others.

7. Ownership and trademarks

The App, its design, code and branding are owned by Aswathy S (trading as Vembre Interactive). You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App. Open-source components are licensed under their own terms, listed in the App.

AutoCAD® is a registered trademark and DWG™ is a trademark of Autodesk, Inc. TrueDrawn is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Autodesk, Inc.

8. Third-party services

The App relies on services from other companies, such as app distribution, billing and the providers described in our Privacy Policy. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability, security or conduct.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or file, or that it will display any particular drawing exactly as other software does.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows: our total liability for any claim relating to the App or these Terms is limited to what you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim (or the minimum amount the law requires, if higher); we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits or business, or costs arising from decisions based on measurements or drawings shown by the App; and a claim must be brought within 12 months after it arises unless the law requires a longer period.

11. Indemnity

To the extent the law allows, you will indemnify and hold harmless Aswathy S (trading as Vembre Interactive) against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of someone else’s rights.

12. Events beyond our control

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including failures of networks and of the platforms and providers the App depends on.

13. Age

You must be at least 13 to use the App. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.

14. Ending use

You can stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms; no refund is due when access ends for a breach. Otherwise Google Play’s refund policy applies.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms, for example when the App changes or the law requires it, and will change the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Law and courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the competent courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live that cannot be waived by contract.

17. General

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
